BB fertilizer is also called bulk blending fertilizer. It is a kind of compound fertilizer which is made up of separate granular materials of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Bulk blending fertilizer machine is used for making bulk blending fertilizer granules.

1. Batching Process:
There are several batch hopper of an automatic batching machine. Different pellet fertilizers will be placed in different batch hoppers. Then, a belt conveyor will transport the batched pellet fertilizers a bucket conveying device. Next, the bucket lifter will convey the batched pellet fertilizers to the BB fertilizer mixing machine.
2. Mixing Process:
BB fertilizer mixing machines are totally different from horizontal mixing machines and disc mixing machines. When a BB fertilizer mixer start to work, the container part of the machine will rotate. If the batched pellet fertilizers enter into the BB fertilizer mixer, they will rotate with the machine. In the next step, the mixed pellet fertilizers, namely the finished BB fertilizer, will be conveyed to the storage hopper.
3. Packing Process:
The automatic packing machine is right under storage bin. It can weigh the BB fertilizer precisely.
